Our Visitor Centre will be open to members of the public on this date between 10am and 3pm.

During September, the Heritage Open Days festival runs across many historic sites and heritage centres in England, encouraging visitors to get out and about and discover what is on their doorstep. For the first time, we are pleased to enrol the 384th Bombardment Group Museum within this programme of events

Come along and discover some more about the 384th Bombardment Group, the airfield of RAF Grafton Underwood, the personnel who called the airfield home and find out about the future plans of our Museum project. With our Heritage Trail now officially opened, take the short walk into Grafton Park Woods to find our Heritage Trail signs, which will tell you more about specific areas of the airfield, and the history of the woods.

Entrance is free but we welcome donations, all of which go back into funding the Museum project.
