We invite you to join us for a short ceremony marking what will be the 82nd anniversary of the collision between B-17's "June Bug" of the 384th Bomb Group, RAF Grafton Underwood and "Hells Angels II", of the 303rd Bomb Group, RAF Molesworth. The event will be held at 9.30am, the time of the collision back in 1944 and will take place by the Memorial that has been erected at Stanwick Lakes by their heritage team, overlooking the area that the wreckage of "Hells Angels II" came down on.

The 384th Bomb Group Museum will be hosting an exhibition about the event in the visitor centre where you can find out more bout the tragic events of the day. With a range of hot food and beverages available in the cafe, we hope to see you there throughout the day.
